M4 Pro MacBook Pro, iPhone 16 Pro, iPad Air, more 9to5Mac

Alongside ongoing deals on M4 Mac mini at $150 off, as well as Apple Watch Series 10 at $100 off, we are starting with a notable offer on the upgraded 48GB M4 Pro MacBook Pro at $300 off the list price. Not to be confused with yesterday’s offer on the 16-inch model, this is the 14-inch at the lowest price we have tracked to date – this config isn’t even available on Amazon. Next up we have up to $400 in savings on iPhone 16 Pro in Amazon Renewed Premium condition with deals from $870 alongside clearance deals on M2 iPad Air models at up to $400 off. All of that and more awaits below in today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break.

Apple’s 14-inch M4 Pro MacBook Pro 48GB/1TB hits one of the best prices ever at $300 off, more

You will still find some notable deals on the latest M4 and M4 Pro MacBook Pro lineup over at Amazon, B&H has kicked off a notable sale with some particularly interesting offers to scope out. Perhaps the most appealing of the bunch is the price drop it is offering on the heavily upgraded 14-inch M4 Pro MacBook Pro with 48GB of RAM and a 1TB internal SSD at $300 off – you can’t even buy this configuration straight from Amazon.

For those unfamiliar, B&H is an extremely trusted and authorized Apple dealer – this is not some Frankenstein configuration someone slapped together.

If you were to head over to the official Apple site and configure the most affordable 14-inch M4 Pro machine with the upgraded 48GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, it would run you $2,599. But over at B&H right now, this model is now down at $2,299 shipped, or $300 off the list price for the lowest price we can find online.

You will also find a similar setup on select 16-inch M4 Pro models at up to $400 off right now courtesy of B&H alongside a series of M4 Max models for folks looking towards a particularly high-end machine. The real highlight for us its clearly the 48GB 14-inch detailed above, but there are plenty of deals floating around on B&H right now.

Those looking towards the far less pricey options, will want to go with the Amazon prices right now:

Most affordable iPhone 16 Pro configs see Amazon Renewed Premium price drops, 1TB models up to $400 off

While we have tracked some opportunities to save on the higher-end iPhone 16 Pro configurations by way of Amazon’s Renewed Premium program, today we are looking at the more affordable end of the lineup. Amazon’s Renewed Premium units are some of the best ways to save cash on an unlocked iPhone 16, and we are now tracking $149 in savings on the 256GB variants alongside ongoing $400 price drops on the 1TB models. Head below for the details.

iPhone 16 Pro Amazon Renewed Premium deals:

While the deepest deal naturally remains on the most pricey 1TB configuration at $400 off – this is matching our previous mention, that 256GB model is seeing a solid $149 drop to offer up a more affordable solution for folks looking to land an unlocked device. While the 17 series iPhones are inbound later this year in September, they always are and unless you plan on paying full price or waiting until spring 2026 for proper renewed listings to arrive, these 16 Pro deals are worth a look.

And here are the details on Amazon Renewed Premium units:

M2 iPad Air clearance deals now delivering up to $400 off the original list prices on various configs

We featured a particularly notable $400 discount on the mid-range 512GB iPad Air last week courtesy of authorized Apple dealer Expercom via its Amazon storefront, but there’s more clearance price drops up for grabs where that one came from. For some, opting for anything other than the latest M3 models is out of question, and understandably so, but the M2 iPad Air remains a compelling pickup – most folks will hardly be able to tell the difference between it and the new model if you ask me – and especially so when they are deeply discounted. Head below for more details on how you can score up to $400 off the list prices on the M2 iPad Air.

M2 iPad Air clearance deals:

Clearly the deepest price drops are now live on the larger capacity Cell variants – the 11-inch 512GB model at $350 off and the 11-inch 1TB Cell at $400 off, but there are some solid offers available on the more affordable options as well. Over the last couple generations it is rare to see the more entry-level iPad Air configurations at any better than $100 off (like we are seeing right now on the M3 models), leaving all of the options listed above at particularly notable prices.

Again, some folks would prefer to invest in the latest M3 variants, but if you’re looking to save significantly more these M2 models are worth a look. I might argue that of any of the latest Apple releases, the difference between the M2 and M3 iPad Air might be the least dramatic or noticeable to the end user. As far more intensive tasks, the M3 is clearly going to have more horsepower with snappier response, but for casual users or those just making use of traditional workstation apps, the M2 might do the trick just fine, and at a much lower price point.

M4 Mac mini with 24GB RAM/512GB SSD just dropped even lower to $849 ($150 off), more from $499

While we are still tracking notable deals from over the weekend on the most affordable M4 Mac mini configurations from $499, Amazon has now dropped the price on the upgraded 24GB model with the 512GB SSD down even lower to $849 shipped – that’s $150 off the regular list price.

Apple and most online retailers sell the 24GB/512GB M4 Mac mini at $999, but Amazon has now knocked $150 off the list to deliver a deal price down at $849 shipped – this is the lowest price we can find online from a reputable source.

We have seen this configuration go for a touch less in a very limited Amazon sale previously – it very quickly dropped down to $842 and then to $830 for a few hours, but today’s deal is otherwise on par with the lowest we have tracked. While we have tracked a number of chances to save $100 on the Apple list prices, anything better than that has been much more rare occurrence, as we are just starting to see deals knocking anything in the $150 off range over the last month or two.

But as mentioned above, if you’re more interested in the entry-level and more affordable configurations, the deals we spotted over the weekend are still live – scope them out below and you can get additional historical pricing details on the rest of the lineup right here:

Today’s accessories and charging deals:

AirPods Pro 2 drop to $169 today (Reg. $249) while AirPods 4 now start down at $100

Update: As expected, Amazon has now price matched on the AirPods Pro 2 at $169.99 $169 shipped.

We are tracking solid price drops on Apple’s latest AirPods including the AirPods Pro 2 down at $169.99 shipped courtesy of Target – we expect Amazon to price match here any minute if it hasn’t already – as well as AirPods 4 starting from $99.99. While we have seen more than a few chances to score these same deals on both AirPods 4 and AirPods 4 with ANC over the last couple months, deals on Apple’s pro-grade buds have been slightly less frequent in 2025.

Regularly $249, AirPods Pro 2 are now within $1 of the lowest price we have tracked in 2025 and the best price we have seen in about a month now.

As far as the regularly $129 AirPods 4 and $179 AirPods 4 with ANC, the $99.99 and $148.99 deal prices here today have been mostly par for the course in terms of discounts on Apple’s latest buds across 2025. Today’s deal on the base set comes within $1 of the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon all-time, and the ANC set is now matching the lowest price we have tracked since the brief holiday drop last year to $139.

AirPods 4 might be the newer of the two models, having been introduced last fall alongside iPhone 16 and the black Apple Watch Ultra 2, but the AirPods Pro 2 remained the more popular option among 9to5Toys readers across 2025. That said, the AirPods 4 have been picking up steam since then and are less likely to be replaced later this year, unlike the potential AirPods Pro 2 update.

Up until recently it appeared as though a 2025 AirPods Pro 3 update was all but imminent, but some of the latest reporting from our cohorts over at 9to5Mac suggest that we might not see the new set until 2026 now:

Apple Watch Series 10 while they’re still shipping at $100 off, deals from $299

The cut off time to land Dad a sweet gift for this weekend is quickly approaching, and you can still score a $100 price drop across the latest Apple Watch Series 10 lineup. Be it just as a treat or to support/encourage Dad getting back/staying in shape, just about every model and band configuration of Apple Watch Series 10 is still sitting with solid $100 price drops on Amazon right now starting at $299 shipped.

Regularly starting at $399 and $429, both the smaller 42mm and the 46mm models are now $100 off at Amazon to deliver the lowest prices we can find on brand new units. There have been a few very short-lived offers for a touch less, and deals on the higher-end titanium and GPS+Cell variants with deeper deals (details on those below), but most folks will do just fine with the base aluminum models:

Now, if you’re really looking to treat Dad, there are some ongoing offers on the titanium case models that can also be connected to cellular plans for always-connected setups. Again, the base models above are likely just fine, and the deals aren’t quite as deep on these models as they once were, but just in case you’re interested in the premium variants, you’ll find them all right here.
