For the first time ever, WWE Raw today will be hosted by the country of Belgium in the city of Brussels. WWE has brought a highly anticipated segment for the European crowd as Cody Rhodes and John Cena will be confronting each other for the first time since the Elimination Chamber. There’s also a couple of title matches set for the show so let’s dive into the card and any predictions we have for the show.

Intercontinental Championship: Bron Breakker (c) vs. Finn Balor
Prediction: Bron Breakker Will Retain His Belt Over Another Veteran
Since winning the Intercontinental Championship on October 21st, 2024, Bron Breakker has not defeated the title very much. He’s managed a couple of successful title defenses against Sheamus, but he will be taking on a different Irishman on Raw as he faces Finn Balor.
Balor seems to be headed on a collision course with his stable The Judgment Day at some point, and I just don’t see it in the cards that Balor wins a championship today. Expect Breakker to pull off the win with a crushing spear.
Jey Uso Vs. Austin Theory
Prediction: Jey Uso Will Continue To Prove He’s Not A Joke
Jey Uso’s Road To Wrestlemania has been occupied with his struggle to prove that his Royal Rumble victory wasn’t a fluke and that he actually has the wrestling skill to take out Gunther. He’s yet to beat Gunther in singles action but the annoying troll duo of Grayson Waller and Austin Theory have decided to pick a fight with the Yeet Man.
Uso beat Grayson Waller last week and this week fans can expect Uso to accomplish more of the same against Theory. It’s almost assured though that Uso will have some kind of altercation with Gunther during or after the match.
Dakota Kai Vs. Ivy Nile
Prediction: Ivy Nile Will Make Chad Gable Proud
Ivy Nile and Dakota Kai have been in each other’s business all the way since December 2024 with the Women’s Intercontinental Title Tournament putting the two in each other’s crosshairs. Both women have been having matches with the champion Lyra Valkyria and perhaps this match will determine who the next contender for Valkyria’s title is.
With
Iyo Sky as World Women’s Champion
, it would make for a good story if Kai was also on the road for a belt. Alas, I don’t think that’s in the cards. With the Intercontinental Belt serving as a stepping stone for less-established stars, I can see WWE trying to establish Nile and Valkyria as recurring rivals. Nile should pick up the win.
No Holds Barred: Penta Vs. Ludwig Kaiser
Prediction: Penta Is Going To Crazy With Wild Weapon Spots & A Victory
Penta has been undefeated in singles competition since arriving in WWE back on the Netflix debut of Raw. He suffered a triple threat loss (he wasn’t pinned) in a match with Ludwig Kaiser and Pete Dunne a few weeks ago, but now he looks to finally be settling the score with the German star in a No Holds Barred match.
Penta hasn’t had a chance to showcase his abilities with weapons yet on WWE TV and fans of his know just how creative he can be. Expect him to win in spectacular fashion over Kaiser.
Bianca Belair & Iyo Sky Sign The Contract For WrestleMania 41
Prediction: Rhea Ripley Will Somehow Disrupt Plans Of A Simple One-on-One Match
On paper, Bianca Belair’s win at the Elimination Chamber earlier this month should have given her a simple one on one match with WWE World Women’s Champion Iyo Sky. On paper, this contract signing should be a mere formality. However, nothing ever goes to plan on WWE TV.

Rhea Ripley’s Women’s Championship Loss Will Finally Give Her Character More Depth
Rhea Ripley shockingly lost her Women’s World Championship to Iyo Sky, but a post-Raw interview showed the way forward.
After Rhea Ripley, Sky and Belair’s dust-up last week on Raw, it’s almost certain that Ripley will involve herself in this contract signing. It may not become a triple threat match, but by the time of WrestleMania 41 Ripley will somehow find herself in this championship match.
John Cena & Cody Rhodes Will Come Face To Face
Prediction: John Cena Will Try & Play It Cool While Cody Rhodes Will Be An Emotional Wreck
After 16 days of waiting, John Cena will finally share a ring with Cody Rhodes. The last time they did, John Cena laid a vicious beat down on the WWE Champion and had one of the most shocking heel turns in pro wrestling history.
Every WWE fan has a theory on what kind of heel John Cena will be. For my own two cents, I think Cena will be almost apologetic to Cody Rhodes. Cena won’t be able to see himself as a bad guy, he’s simply doing what’s best for the WWE by snatching the torch out of Rhodes’ hands by making history as a 17-time world champion. I think Cena will eventually start to crack and admit that he’s become a desperate man as his age has made wrestling harder for him, but it may take a bit of chipping away from Cody Rhodes to get there. Either way, this will undoubtedly be the most anticipated part of WWE Raw.

But what about the show itself? Will it be any different? Does it matter what kind of subscription you have? Thankfully, no matter what kind of plan you use on Netflix, you’ll be able to watch Raw, just with more ads if you don’t have an ad-free plan. Triple H has confirmed that Raw will not be censored back in June 2024 (via The Pat McAfee Show):
While that doesn’t mean that the show is necessarily TV-14, you can kiss those annoying audio drops whenever someone curses or the crowd chants “Holy s**t!” goodbye. Since the move to Netflix, the show’s runtime has ran somewhere between two and three hours.
International Viewers Can See All WWE Content On Netflix
The WWE Network Is Dead
- WWE PLEs are on Peacock for American viewers.
- International viewers will be able to watch SmackDown, NXT, and PLEs on Netflix.
- There’s a good chance everything WWE will end up on Netflix in a few years.
If you’re in the United States, everything else WWE stays the same. SmackDown and NXT will stay on USA and CW respectively for the next five years, and Peacock will still be airing the monthly PLEs. If you’re outside of the United States, however, you’re in for an even bigger change than American wrestling fans.
Right now, international viewers are able to watch everything WWE on Netflix. You’ll not only get to see Raw, but SmackDown, NXT, PLEs, and past shows all in one spot.
