B&H’s world-class creative expo returns to New York City — and best of all, it’s free to attend.
B&H has been committed to supporting audio and visual artists since 1973. In 2023, it held its first Bild Expo to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
Now, Bild Expo returns for its second year, inviting creatives to connect across both skill levels and industries.
Bild Expo is a two-day event that centers on promoting and inspiring creatives in photography, video, and sound design. The event will take place on June 17 and 18 at the Javits Center in New York City.
As it did in 2023, the conference will feature guest speakers and keynote presentations from more than 100 industry experts, as well as exhibitors showing off the latest and greatest in tech. Expert speakers will cover topics in photography, videography, and audio production.
Bild Expo also boasts a partner pavilion, which will feature partners from across the creative industry. Partners include American Society of Media Photographers, Eddie Adams Workshops, Summit Photography Workshops, Maine Media Workshops, Santa Fe Workshops, and NYC Salt.
And Bild isn’t just speakers and exhibits, either. It’s also a fantastic way to meet other creatives, network, and even expand your skillset.
Bild Expo 2025 will take place at the Javits Center at 429 11th Ave, New York, NY 10001
When you register, you’ll select from one of three specialized tracks to follow. This includes the Photography track, the Filmmaking track, and the Content Creation track.
Bild events will be color-coded, allowing you to easily find the events that matter to you most. However, Bild stresses that attendees can explore individual parts of each track, too — it’s designed to be flexible.
The Photography track will feature portfolio reviews, curated photo walks, talks from industry leaders, lighting workshops, and post-production sessions that cover basic and advanced editing.
The Filmmaking track will offer up studio and gear demos, cinematic lighting workshops, in-depth discussions with industry professionals, and presentations on the latest sound innovations.
Content creators on the Content Creation track can take a creator masterclass, join a fireside chat, attend studio lighting and post-production workshops, and enjoy immersive moments with like-minded creators.
Like 2023, Bild Expo 2025 will end with a rooftop reception at the Javits North Hall from 6 pm to 8 pm. Attendees will enjoy conversations, refreshments, and gorgeous views of The Big Apple.
