Ricochet left WWE last year and is now a mainstay of AEW television, but he has recently been going after his former company. This time around, it appears he decided to go after Je’Von Evans but it ended in disaster as Evans annihilated Ricochet in a big way.
It all started when Ricochet took to Twitter and commented on a post that praised Je’Von Evans, as Ricochet responded to the same and claimed that he would squash Evans, saying, “I’d squash him.”
Je’Von Evans responded to Ricochet, mentioning that he had just finished training at the WWE Performance Center under Shawn Michaels, something Ricochet doesn’t have or do. He also suggested that Ricochet would squash him if Tony Khan told him to, but ended his message with much love and respect.
“My Bad. I Just Got Done Training At The Performance Center, Under Shawn Michaels. Something That You Don’t Have Or Do BUT, I Bet Yo Brown Egg Head Ass Would Squash Me If Tony Told You To
Much Love OG

Ricochet then responded, saying that he had been learning from Shawn Michaels when Je’Von Evans was just 12 years old and had gone on to become a multiple-time champion. He challenged Evans to let him know when he wins one of his own, calling him “little boy.”
Ricochet also added that, if Tony Khan asked him to, he’d definitely beat Evans. He pointed out that simply mentioning his name in the post was Evans’s most engaged post, claiming he was giving Evans exposure.
“Brother, I was learning from Shawn Michael’s when you was like 12. Then went on to become multiple time Champion. Let me know when you win one, little boy. And yeah, if Tony asked me, I’d definitely beat yo ahh, cuh.
Also, by just simply mentioning my name, this is your most engaged with post. You’re welcome for the exposure, kid.”
Evans stated that while Ricochet learned from Shawn Michaels when he was 12 and became a multiple-time champion, now he’s wrestling in front of just 2,000 people every week for a “crackhead,” seemingly referencing Tony Khan, stating that it was quite a downgrade.
“You Learned From HBK When I Was 12 And Became A Multiple Time Champion. Now, You’re Wrestling In Front Of 2,000 People, Every Week, For A Crackhead. Talk About An Upgrade Am I Right??

Many fans can’t believe that Je’Von Evans absolutely demolished Ricochet in such a brutal fashion, considering the fact Evans has told Ricochet things that quite a few people feel about AEW as well. Regardless, we’ll have to see whether Ricochet will have a proper response to what Evans had to say.
